Shipping & Returns
Martini Fibreglass Industries will use the most effective form of transport to ensure competitive pricing to deliver your order and dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receiving payment.
Orders will only be dispatched to the address stated by the customer as entered on the order. If this address is incorrect or you change your delivery address after the order has been dispatched a re-delivery charge shall apply.
Orders dispatched via courier may be delivered anytime during their normal business hours.
If the customer is not going to be at the delivery address when the courier arrives, instructions are to be supplied at the time of ordering for the courier to leave goods at the delivery address. Martini Fibreglass Industries accept no responsibility for orders left at an address if no signature is obtained at time of delivery.
The customer can choose to pick up their order or arrange their own transport by selecting the “Pick up from Store” or “I will organise my own freight” option at the checkout.
If choosing own transport, the customer is responsible for organising pick up of the goods with the transport company and paying all shipping costs. Title of the goods transfers to the customer when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure against theft and damage.
Martini Fibreglass Industries will notify the customer by phone or email once the order is ready for pick up, please note this may take up to 1 – 2 days depending on availability of stock.
The delivery fee is at your cost and is calculated based on the details of each order. Size, weight and shipping address are all taken into account in the calculation of the delivery fee. A base rate charge of $25.00 will be added during checkout.
The website delivery fee is an indication only and Martini Fibreglass Industries reserves the right to recalculate delivery fees once the paid order has been received if the website calculation is incorrect. An order will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Some products offered on our website are classified as dangerous goods and shipping is illegal to send via Australia Post. A street address is mandatory for orders containing these products as they will be sent via courier only. Due to the temperament of these products, dangerous goods cannot be left at an address without a signature being obtained at the time of delivery.
Due to Australian Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations certain classes of products are unable to be shipped together. One order may involve several boxes delivered at different times or days.
Risk and Title
Risk and title of an order passes to the customer at the time and date the order is collected by the freight company.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that any person at the shipping address who receives the order is authorised by the customer to do so.
Faulty or Missing Products
If the customer believes the products they have received are faulty they must contact Martini Fibreglass Industries by email with a detailed description and photos of the faulty product within seven days of receiving their order. Martini Fibreglass Industries will contact the customer by email or phone to discuss return or replacement of faulty items.
The customer is to return the faulty products to Martini Fibreglass Industries for inspection at the expense of the customer.
Martini Fibreglass Industries will test the product and if found to be faulty, they shall refund the customer the return shipping cost and either refund the cost of the products or replace the products. If there is no fault found with the products, the customer shall be required to pay for the shipping to return the products to them.
If the customer believes a product is missing from their order they must notify Martini Fibreglass Industries by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving their order. If the product was missed, Martini Fibreglass will ship immediately at their expense.
Any product information suggested by Martini Fibreglass Industries employees is given to the best of their knowledge on the information supplied to them by the manufacturer. The customer purchases suggested products at their own risk.
Change of Mind
If you order an incorrect product or change your mind, Martini Fibreglass Industries at their judgment, shall credit the full amount against the purchase of the correct item. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply if the customer is not purchasing another product. Only the value of the product will be credited, not the delivery charges. This only applies if the product being returned is unopened and in its original, saleable condition and at the discretion of Martini Fibreglass Industries.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to Martini Fibreglass Industries at their expense.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Martini Fibreglass Industries reserve the right to change the shipping and returns terms and conditions at any time as they see fit.
